What is experiential coaching?

This is not traditional talk therapy.
This is experiential, dynamic, and alive.

Through guided exercises, movement, storytelling, role exploration, and symbolic work, you’ll access insights that can’t always be reached through words alone.

ʉϬProcess emotions safely and creatively
✨ Release anger and stuck energy
✨ Shift old patterns and limiting roles
✨ Reconnect with joy and play
✨ Build confidence and emotional resilience
✨ Explore different parts of yourself in a supported way

Unlike traditional therapy, our work doesn’t stop when the session ends. I provide weekly personalized suggestions and creative practices to help you continue exploring emerging themes between sessions. These may include reflective prompts, embodiment exercises, role exploration, or small creative rituals designed to deepen your process and support real-life integration.

These sessions are ideal for individuals who:

  • Feel stuck in repetitive emotional cycles

  • Want deeper healing in a non-traditional way

  • Crave more creativity, aliveness, and authenticity

  • Learn best through doing, not just talking

Flexible session options available:
    • In-person
    • Zoom (virtual sessions)
    • Walking sessions
    • Outdoor sessions in nature

Sliding scale available to help make this work accessible

A little about me

I am a Registered Drama Therapist trained in integrating creative arts with clinical therapeutic practice. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, embodiment, and relational safety. I believe healing happens not only through insight, but through experience — through stepping into new roles, expressing what has been silenced, and reconnecting with play, power, and possibility.I aim to create space that feels warm, collaborative, and deeply attuned.

Whether we are working with anger, grief, anxiety, life transitions, or patterns that feel hard to shift, I approach each session with curiosity, creativity, and respect for your pace. I am also queer, married and parenting two children. I live in Glassell Park and I love what I do!
